If I had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life it would be avocado toast. Seriously.
This recipe has been my favorite for years – and for good reason!
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Avocado
- Finely shredded Parmesan cheese
- Seasonings (optional):
- Salt
- Pepper
- Everything But The Bagel
- Mayo
Directions
- Toast 2 slices of bread.
- Cook 1-egg to your liking (I prefer mine over hard).
- Place egg on toast.
- Put light layer of mayo on one slice of toast.
- Slice up avocado and put over egg.
- Season with EBTB, salt, and pepper.
- Put desirable amount of cheese on top of avocado.
- Top with other slice of toast.
- That’s it!
It’s seriously so easy, has so much flavor and is so quick!
